This paper analyzes the differences between anger management and conflict management with a view of drawing a difference line between the two.First, anger management involves one individual while conflict management involves at least two parties. Anger management is personal to a particular perso n meaning the therapist deals with one level of effects (Linda, 2005). However, conflict management involves solving differences between at least two people. Additionally, the levels of involvement also determines the therapies applied on the parties. In anger management, the therapies are personal and involve individuals while they involve group practices in conflict management.Conflict management mainly aims at developing group dynamics like cooperation and team work among individuals.
